How we began
LifeSpark360 was created out of a desire to help people reach their full potential.
It is a self-discovery programme born from the lived experiences of its founders and the hundreds of professionals they have coached, mentored, and supported throughout their careers. Every framework in the programme has been earned the hard way — through real people, real challenges, and real breakthroughs.
LifeSpark360 is more than a programme. It is a transformation in how professionals look at their lives holistically — reconnecting ambition with identity, and purpose with action.

Samuel Odekunle
Managing Partner & CEO
The MustardTree Group
Samuel is the driving force behind The MustardTree Group and the architect of the LifeSpark360 programme. With a career spanning leadership, strategy, and people development, Samuel has dedicated himself to building frameworks that help professionals navigate career transitions with clarity and confidence.
As a Qualified Life Counsellor, Samuel brings depth of training in human development and personal change to every client interaction — combining commercial leadership experience with professional counselling expertise. His belief that self-discovery is the foundation of professional growth led to the creation of the SPARK Method — the structured five-phase approach at the heart of LifeSpark360.
Itohan (Itee) Odekunle
Co-Founder, Partner & Senior Coach
The MustardTree Group
Itee is a co-founder and Partner at The MustardTree Group and serves as the Senior LifeSpark360 Coach. Her unique combination of legal expertise and coaching passion brings rigour, clarity, and genuine warmth to every client interaction.
In her executive career, Itee serves as In-House Legal Counsel (EMEA) at Wesco/Anixter, a global supply chain solutions company. She works as a strategic partner to the company's business units, advising on commercial contracts, new business opportunities, compliance, and claims. Her collaborative approach makes the legal team an integral part of decision-making across the wider business.
Itee also sits on the Wesco/Anixter Inclusion and Diversity Across Borders Committee and leads professional development for the company's BLIPOC business resource group. Beyond her corporate role, she is a Director of the Leeds Law Society and a member of the Leeds Law School Advisory Board.
